Formation and registration of CIF
The company provides services for the preparation of documents and support for CIF of various types.
Before starting the creation of the fund, the investor needs to make decisions about the directions of investments and types, classes of assets in which the fund plans to invest.

The assets of a venture capital fund may consist entirely of funds, real estate, corporate rights, claim rights, and securities not admitted to trading on the stock exchange.
Assets of a venture capital fund may include debt obligations. Such obligations can be formalized by promissory notes, pledges, contracts of assignment of the right of claim, loans and in any other way, not prohibited by law.
The venture fund has the right to lend funds. Loans at the expense of funds of a venture fund can be granted only to legal entities, provided that at least 10 percent of the authorized capital of the relevant legal entity belongs to such a venture fund.
Claim rights can be purchased exclusively as part of the assets of the venture fund and only under credit agreements of banks concluded with legal entities.

Qualified CIU (collective investment undertakings) assets of rental assets class
The qualified CIU assets of rental assets class may consist entirely of property and property rights that are in civil circulation, taking into account the restrictions provided for joint investment institutions.
The transfer of property and property rights, for payment to third parties, formed by the institution of joint investment of the qualified assets of rental assets class at the expense of joint investment funds, in a way other than the conclusion of an annuity contract, lease (sublease), is prohibited (except in cases of liquidation and/or the need to implement assets to satisfy an application for the redemption of securities of such a fund).
Qualified UCITS assets of the real estate class consist entirely of real estate, property rights to real estate under construction, and funds.
The qualified CIU assets of rental assets class may consist entirely of property and property rights that are in civil circulation, taking into account the restrictions provided for joint investment institutions.

Services provided in the process of establishing a fund:
— preparation and submission of all necessary documents to the National Securities and Stock Market Commission for the approval of CIF draft charter and the registration of the issue of shares for the purpose of forming the initial authorized capital.
— preparation and submission to the National Depository of Ukraine of all necessary documents for assigning the shares of the corporate fund an international securities identification number, as well as documents for the issuance of CIF shares and its registration in the depository system.
— preparation of documents and support of the process of state registration of CIF as a legal entity and its charter in state registration bodies.
— preparation and submission of all necessary documents for the registration of fund regulations to the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, entering information about CIF into the undertakings for the collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS).
The general term of the process of creation and registration of a corporate investment fund from the holding of founders' meetings date before the date of introduction of the fund to the undertakings for the collective investment in transferable securities is 4-4.5 months.
